agentvisor schema
Generate a schema manifest for agent graphs.
Synopsis
agentvisor schema <source-dir> [flags]
Description
Generates a schema.json manifest containing input/output schemas for every
LangGraph graph defined in the source directory. This lets the guest runtime
skip dynamic schema extraction at startup by pre-computing schemas at build
time instead — the "build-time cache" tier described in Framework Providers:
Schema Discovery.
The manifest is written to <source-dir>/.agentvisor/schema.json by default.
Arguments
| Argument | Description |
|---|---|
<source-dir> | Path to the agent source directory containing langgraph.json |
Options
| Option | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
--interpreter | - | Override detected interpreter (e.g., python3.12) |
-o, --output | - | Output path for schema.json (default: <source-dir>/.agentvisor/schema.json) |
Examples
# Write .agentvisor/schema.json alongside the agent source
agentvisor schema ./my-agent
# Write the manifest to a custom path
agentvisor schema ./my-agent --output ./schemas/my-agent.json
# Force a specific interpreter instead of auto-detection
agentvisor schema ./my-agent --interpreter python3.12
